By using VdoSync's video infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

1. Use of Service

VdoSync provides APIs and SDKs for embedding real-time video into your applications. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to provide 99.99% uptime for our core WebRTC infrastructure. Enterprise customers may be eligible for SLA credits in the event of downtime, subject to our detailed enterprise terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VdoSync, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
