At VdoSync, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our video infrastructure services.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, generate API keys, or interact with our dashboard. This includes your name, email address, and billing information.

2. End-to-End Encryption

All video and audio streams transmitted through VdoSync are encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC standards. We do not have access to the raw media contents of your live calls unless you explicitly enable cloud recording.

3. Data Retention

Cloud recordings are stored securely and retained for as long as your account is active, or until you manually delete them. You maintain full ownership and control over your recorded media.
